Good to know
Orders are processed and shipped as fast as we can. During peak times, like new collection drops, Black Friday and the holiday rush, shipping may take a little longer.
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. Those are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Changed your mind? Write to kavwear.management@gmail.com to cancel your order. We refund in full, including shipping, unless the order has already been dispatched.
CUSTOMS INFORMATION
For shipments to certain countries, there may be additional charges related to import customs. Please be aware of the following:
- UPS/DHL will notify the customer of any customs charges, and it will be the customer's responsibility to pay these charges.
- If you have any questions regarding customs clearance, please feel free to contact us at kavwear.management@gmail.com for further information and assistance with your shipment.
It's important to note that according to customs regulations in force in the destination country, the addressee is responsible for bearing the costs of customs clearance and any applicable taxes. Therefore, charges arising from import customs are not the responsibility of Kav Wear but must be paid by the customer.
In the event that the customer refuses to pay these charges, the shipment will be considered rejected, and it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, a refund will be issued for the purchased items, minus any charges incurred due to the rejection of the goods.
