Prices are in US dollars and are the rates applied at checkout, calculated for your address before you pay. Your order confirmation arrives by email shortly after you order, and tracking is sent as soon as the parcel leaves.

Orders are processed and shipped as fast as we can. During peak times, like new collection drops, Black Friday and the holiday rush, shipping may take a little longer.

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. Those are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and with all garment tags still attached.

• Briefs, swimwear and bikini bottoms are non-refundable unless they arrive with a fault.
• Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.
• To start a return, email kavwear.management@gmail.com with your order number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
